Responsibilities

• Perform all order processing activities with ERP system to ensure a high level of service
• Execute supply chain processes, including but not limited to, order fulfilment, purchasing, logistics arrangement, invoice preparation, and shipping documentation
• Take responsibility for sales operations administration to achieve the company standard and ensure compliance with company policies, regulations and all operational procedures
• Coordinate with suppliers for purchasing activities and liaise to resolve purchasing issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, and warehouse departments, to drive cohesive and impactful sales support initiatives
• Assist in identifying and implementing enhancements to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, analyze the sales data and forecast to implement optimal stock control measures and replenishment
• Prepare various regular reports and analysis for management review
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder or above
• 1-2 years of working experience in sales administration or supply chain will be an advantage
• Proactive, well-organized, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines
• Good communication skills, pleasant personality, and a team player
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing with enthusiasm to learn new applications
• Experience in using an ERP system will be a plus
• Good command of both English and Chinese languages
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Supply Chain Officer
• Fresh graduate will be welcomed
